About The Project

About The Project

Hotel Ducs is located in a beautiful 18th-century Parisian building in the heart of the city — an architectural landmark defined by high ceilings, classic windows, and a naturally elegant atmosphere. The renovation encompassed 37 rooms as well as the restaurant space in the building’s historic cellar. The design concept focused on combining stylish French boutique charm with calm, traditional elegance while introducing modern comfort and contemporary appeal. Rich fabrics, wooden wall paneling in varied tones, velvet accents, and curated furnishings create a polished yet intimate experience.

Each floor was given its own color identity — from deep reds and blues to refined whites and blacks — strengthening the hotel’s character and individuality. In the basement restaurant, original stone walls and vintage mosaic flooring were preserved and complemented with modern furniture to maintain authenticity. The result is a layered hospitality environment that respects Parisian history while offering present-day comfort and functionality.
