Ocean Point is a 130-suite, adults-only resort in Saint Maarten. Designed as a premium hospitality destination, the development combines contemporary Caribbean aesthetics with long-term operational durability in a demanding coastal environment.
The resort features three pools—including the iconic Edge pool by the cliffside beach—four bars, three restaurants, a fitness center, open-air wellness spaces, and private cabanas. The core concept centered on simplicity, iconic form, and functional elegance, creating a calm and refined atmosphere where guests can fully relax.
Across all suites, the design balances aesthetic clarity with robust, climate-resistant FF&E specifications. The result is a high-performing resort that aligns relaxed contemporary luxury with operational practicality in a tropical setting.
